We did a trial with these, gluten-free panko, and corn crumbs. Holy cats, these won by a mile. They soaked up less grease, but ended up giving a better visual presentation, and way better mouthfeel. Will absolutely be ordering again...and again...

Thanks for reaching out. We do not recommend refrigerating the crumbs. The humidity will cause them to get soft and they may go bad more quickly. As long as you store them with the lid on tight in a cool dark place like a cabinet or pantry they will last a full 12 months.
