Low carb Shake n Bake dupe ! This is a great easy recipe that can be served family style or even for a party appetizer.
*1 cup ground pork rinds
*hearty pinch of salt and pepper
*2 TBSP ancho Chile powder
*2 TBSP cayenne pepper
*12 chicken drum sticks
Cut ends of chicken drummies, to the bone in a circular motion, and pull off skin with paper towel.
Place pork rinds and spices into zip lock bag and shake until well coated.
Bake at 400 for 35 -40 min.
