Pork King Good Butterscotch Goat Cheese Bites
These sweet little bites are a great addition to a holiday charcuterie board, but also look great on their own on a snack table!
Butterscotch Goat Cheese Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 8 oz package of plain goat cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped craisins
- 1 tbsp sugar (or equivalent sweetener of your choice)
- 1/2 bag of Pork King Good butterscotch pork rinds - crushed
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together (except the crushed pork rinds). Take 1/2 tsp portions of the goat cheese mixture and roll them into small bite size balls. Roll those balls in the crushed pork rinds until completely coated.
Serve with toothpicks or pretzel sticks for easy snacking.
