2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon erythritol/stevia blend**
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Unseasoned Pork Rind Crumbs
Whisk the first 5 ingredients together until combined then stir in the pork crumbs. Ladle into melted butter in a hot skillet and flip once the edges brown. Top with butter and syrup.
